| How long will it take to receive my order? |
| For domestic shipments the standard shipping time for orders shipped via Free USPS Priority is 3-5 business days, we also provide USPS Express Mail shipping option for $23.00 and Fedex Next Day Air shipping option for $55. Our regular order processing time is 1-3 days (in addition to the delivery time), however if the item is currently out of stock it may take up to 5 weeks to ship this item. |

| What shipping companies do you use and do you require signature upon delivery? |
| We use mostly USPS and FEDEX for our deliveries. All our packages require signature upon delivery and will not be left at the door or any other place unattended. |

| What type of warranty do you provide? |
| Our Jewelry items come with a 5 month warranty which covers labor to fix all manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover fixing damages resulting from accident or damages caused by unauthorized third parties, however we can still repair items for a very low cost. |
