Return Policy

If the item does not meet your every expectation you may return it for full refund within 14 days of receiving the item, Shipping charges are non refundable, Any item priced above $1000.00 will be subject to a 3% restocking fee which will be deducted from the total amount refunded. Items must be returned in the condition they were received in.

Shipping charges are non refundable ( free shipping fee, $15.00 per package, will also be deducted from the total refund)
Custom orders are not refundable
Return shipping fees must be paid by customer
Rings that have been sized will be subject to an additional $25.00 restocking fee, In some cases rings that have been sized are not eligible for return.
Any items priced below $1000.00 will not be subject to a restocking fee.
