If the item does not meet your every expectation you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any item priced above $1000 is subject to a 3% restocking fee, deducted from the total refunded. Items must be returned in the condition they were received in. Altered items are not eligible for refund.
